About Us

ALI Esports is Indonesia’s biggest and most complete e-Sports portal, as we provide players’ needs, such as tournaments, merchandizes, training, and others.

Established in 2021, we have a goal to take part in Indonesian e-Sports players daily life. We aim to reach the majority of Indonesian game players, from traditional players to professionals. We call ourselves as a portal that can reach the untouched middle and lower segments of the e-Sports market across the region.

About Our Services

In line with our vision, we provide you with access to a rich collection of Services, including but not limited to e-Sports Tournament (“Tournament”), Event Organizing (“Event Organizing”), Advertising (“Advertising”), E-Commerce (“E-Commerce”), and Gaming Academy (“Gaming Academy”) through our Platform or social media as a commitment to you.

License to Use Our Services

We hereby grant you to access and use of the Services on a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable basis. In principle, our Services are constantly available, unless in the event of a scheduled or unplanned interruption for maintenance purposes, or in the event of a force majeure disruption.

We cannot be held liable for any losses, interruptions, in whole or in part, of any kind resulting from our Services unavailability.

ALI Esports Account

In order to fully access our Services, such as participating in our Tournaments or to join our Gaming Academy, you must create ALI Esports account (“Account”). When you create your Account, you must enter complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. You have complete control over the personal information you provide when creating your Account. To create an Account and use our Services, you must:

1. An adult;

2. Be an emancipated minor; or

3. Have valid parent or legal guardian consent to be bound by these Terms of Use.

As required, the information submitted must be genuine, accurate, current, and full. If we have reasonable grounds to believe you are registering an Account with intentionally false information, we have the right to suspend or, if necessary, terminate your Account.

By registering, you are responsible for keeping your Account and password secure, and you agree to bear responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account or password, as well as to tell us immediately if your Account or password is compromised.

Community

As part of our Services, we provide you to create Community (“Community”) for both new or established communities. Community will help us to develop, enlarge, and expand our Services. By registering your Community, you can get several benefits, for such you are eligible to create a Tournament as an organizer by using our Platform.

In order to use our Services as a Community, you need to register. We will verify your application. These followings are the relevant requirements in order to join us as a Community:

1. Upload of selfie and a photo Identity Card (only for representative);

2. Tax Identity Number (only for representative);

3. Bank Account (only for representative);

4. Community social media (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok);

5. In-game ID used by the Community;

6. Community Discord channel (if any);

7. Community address; and

8. Representative phone number and email.

We will notify once your Community is verified by us and proven with a verified mark on your Community page. For communities that do not meet the verification requirements, the status of verified and a mark will not be given. Thus, we disclaim all responsibility for Tournament that are participated by every users’ on our Platform organized by the Community.

Your Obligations

As long as you use our Services, you shall:

1. As required in the registration forms, you must give truthful, accurate, current, and full information about yourself. This enables us to develop better or identify Services that may be of interest to you;

2. You shall use our Services in lawful purposes in compliance with this Terms of Use only;

3. Not to make any material or information available over the Services that infringes our copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or any other rights; and

4. Not to use threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, tortious, obscene, offensive, profane, unlawful, or privacy-invading words.

1. Platform content:

You agree that all material contained within our Services, are all protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, and other proprietary rights and laws. You may only use the Platform content for the purposes set forth in these Terms of Use, as well as any relevant laws and regulations (foreign and domestic). Any rights not expressly granted are reserved in this document.

We acknowledge your content. Through this, you hereby grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable (through multiple tiers) right and license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, distribute, translate, publish, create derivative works based on, perform, display, and otherwise use your content, in whole or in part.

1. Streaming content:

We provide a platform by which you can enjoy some of our Services by broadcasting on live or pre-recorded videos. These broadcasts can be enjoyed through online streaming platforms such as YouTube or any other third-party streaming service.

Tournament

These Terms of Use, in conjunction with the terms and rules that apply to each Tournament, shall also apply. These Terms of Use will prevail, in case if such Tournament terms and rules conflict with our Terms of Use

With this, you expressly affirm that you have read and understood the nature and the rules of Tournament you will participate.

Payment

Some aspects of our Services may require you to pay a fee. We provide a mechanism by such payments can be used for instance of:

1. Tickets;

2. Team registration to join the Tournament;

3. Merchandise; and

4. Others.

These payments are transacted through online payment system provided by us or other third-party payment systems. With this, you agree to pay any fees, charges, and taxes associated with your Account you use to access the Services. You acknowledge and agree that all information you give in connection with a transaction are accurate, current, and complete, including, without limitation, credit card or other payment information.

Publicity

We also operate official pages in relation to our Services on social media platforms. You hereby accept that our social media platforms your personal information may be displayed.

Trademark and Copyright Information

You do not own any intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademark, product names, brand names, company names, titles, copyrights, logo, or patents are subject to our Services.

Disclaimer of Warranty

Your use of our Services shall be at your risk. We provide our Services in “as is” basis. This means we make no representations or warranties are made in respect to our Services or the information and contents available on it. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, or error-free nature of the content or materials offered through the Services.

Limitation Liability

We will not be liable to you for any and all damages, injuries, losses, and causes of action, whether in contract, warrant, tort, product liability, strict liability, or other actions, deriving from or relating to this Terms of Use or the use of or inability to use our Services.

Indemnification
